Customer: Fiat UK / MOPAR

Fiat UK and MOPAR (the Aftersales arm of Fiat) wanted to re-engage with Fiat 500 owners in the UK, and capture data of those who may have purchased their vehicles privately or from independent Retailers, to be able to bring those drivers back in for official Retailer servicing and other aftersales activities. Our solution was the ‘My-500’ campaign.

The campaign allows Fiat owners to request personalised Fiat name stickers for their cars, which are then printed on-demand and posted out to the customer. It has been such a successful campaign that it has been run in 3 successive years and now incorporates several of the Stellantis brands including Jeep and Fiat Professional camper vans.
